Description
The following error message appears while trying to browse the contents of a a device:
"Unable to Load Data: Backup database doesn't exist"
Solution
This error message appears because you are trying to use an iOS 10 device with iMazing 1.
iMazing 1 is not compatible with iOS 10. You need to upgrade to iMazing 2 from our download page.
The new version will replace the old one. Your data will migrate, nothing will be lost. To learn more about iMazing 2, have a look at our Getting Started guide.
