Description:
You are still experiencing connection issues or crashes after installing the latest version of iTunes, and reinstalling Mobile Devices Services from iMazing's preferences:
Edit > Preferences... > General > Reinstall Mobile Device Services.
Solution 1: Uninstall iTunes and Apple components
Fully reinstall Apple components, iTunes and iMazing by following the steps below:
- Uninstall iMazing
- If you have iTunes, uninstall it (or see “Solution 2” paragraph for iTunes installed from the Microsoft Store)
- Uninstall Apple Software Update (if installed)
- Uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support (if installed)
- Uninstall Bonjour (if installed)
- Uninstall Apple Application Support 32 bits (if installed)
- Uninstall Apple Application Support 64 bits (if installed)
- Remove the following folders if they still exist after uninstalling all Apple components:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Application Support
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Application Support
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support
C:\Program Files\Bonjour
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bonjour - Remove the following folders if they exist:
C:\ProgramData\DigiDNA\iMazing\AppleDrivers

C:\ProgramData\DigiDNA\iMazing\MobileDevice - Restart the computer
- Install iTunes standalone version for Windows 32 or 64 bit (if you need it):
- Reinstall iMazing
Solution 2: Uninstall iTunes downloaded from the Microsoft Store and install iTunes standalone:

Solution 3: Remove iOS pairing records stored on your computer
- Forget your device in iMazing (if the device is displayed in iMazing, search for the Forget action on the device info view)
- Quit iMazing
- Remove the following folder from your computer's hard drive if it exists:
C:\ProgramData\Apple\Lockdown\
