Description:
You are still experiencing connection issues or crashes after installing the latest version of iTunes, and reinstalling Mobile Devices Services from iMazing's preferences:
Edit > Preferences... > General > Reinstall Mobile Device Services.
Solution 1:
Fully reinstall Apple components, iTunes and iMazing by following the steps below:
- Uninstall iMazing: Please note this won't affect your iOS backups, iMazing preferences or data stored on your computer by iMazing.
- Disable your antivirus or security tools. Some antivirus softwares are preventing iMazing from downloading or installing Apple mobile device components.
- Remove the following folders if they exist:
C:\ProgramData\DigiDNA\iMazing\AppleDrivers

Solution 2: Try to install or reinstall iTunes standalone version.

- Uninstall Bonjour (if installed)
- Uninstall Apple Application Support 32 bits (if installed)
- Uninstall Apple Application Support 64 bits (if installed)
- Remove the following folders if they still exist after uninstalling all Apple components:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Application Support
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Application Support
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support
C:\Program Files\Bonjour

- If you have Windows 10 - 32-bit, install iTunes:

Make sure to choose the right iTunes version depending on your Windows version and CPU architecture (32-bit or 64-bit).
Solution 3: Remove iOS pairing records stored on your computer
- Forget your device in iMazing (if the device is displayed in iMazing, search for the Forget action on the device info view)
- Quit iMazing
- Remove the following folder from your computer's hard drive if it exists:
C:\ProgramData\Apple\Lockdown\
