Transfer iPhone Contacts to iCloud

If you have some contacts stored locally on a device (iPhone, iPar or iPod touch).

Those contacts are not in the iCloud accounts and do not get synced with your computer and other devices.

So here's how to transfer these to your iCloud account:

1. Open DiskAid, connect your device

2. Load the devices' contacts in DiskAid and click the first tab to show local contacts

3. Export the local contact(s) to your computer using Export to vCard

4. Import the newly created vCards to your computer's contacts manager which iCloud syncs (Outlook on PC, Contacts on Mac)

Upon next iCloud sync your contacts will show up in iCloud, you can then delete unnecessary local duplicate entries from the device using DiskAid!
